Day two back at the gym. On the one hand I feel like I'm starting from scratch but at the same time I didn't "lose" as much as I thought I would have. I'm not out of breath and my pace is good so I'm pleased. We're due to get a massive snow storm tomorrow so I won't be getting there (if the weather folks are actually RIGHT this time) so I'm planning to do a DVD so I won't lose momentum. Work has been pretty crazy so I really need the boost that morning exercise gives me - plus I'm sleeping better after only one day back - I was in bed by 9:30 and out like a light by ten!
