I have been pretty sick and with the electricity cutting in and out I haven't been able to log. So I know I'm missing a few things, but I have been sick and haven't been able to keep everything down anyway.

I ate some 'garbage food' from a fast food drive-through. I didn't eat the buns to try and stay keto. I think for Wednesday dinner I'll just have bacon and eggs or something else simple.

Not eating is a good way to do keto - much easier than having to decide what to eat.

It's hard when you're ill to keep on top of healthy eating sometimes. Just make sure you stay hydrated if you're vomiting and i hope you feel better soon.

It sounds like you're joining me in a day or so fast - lots of water and other drinks. In fact your calories yesterday were nearly spot on for the 5:2 diet. Hope you feel better soon.

Minitata: LOL yes, fasting is the easiest way to stick to any diet, particularly keto. :) Can't go wrong with abstaining! Thanks Phooka, feel a lot better now!
