Well, weight's up a bit in part due to salty stuff I ate this weekend and in part due to the fact that I've fallen off the wagon for the past month or so. I've still been eating pretty carefully but haven't been to the gym in ages.
I finally grabbed the bull by the horns this morning and got back into the gym. I'm really hoping taking the first step was what I needed to get back in the habit. I'm really struggling right now and appreciate your support!
