I've pretty much gone back to Weight Watchers. I've been careful about my portion size and it looks like it's working.

68.5 kg 지금까지 감소한: 4.1 kg. 남은양: 5.0 kg. 다이어트 실행도: 적용하지않음.

Good for you. Did you just not like the pre-packaged food on JC?

Actually, I just got tired of going in to JC and talking to the counseler. She was useless....The food does get a bit redundant though. Let's just hope I can be good!
