.4 ... That is it ... all the sweat, the work for .4! I know a loss is a loss but I will have to say that last night was the first time since joining WW that I got VERY discouraged. I didn't even stay for the meeting. 7w on ww and I have lost 12lbs. This week I am going to follow the program 100%. I did have my oops last Saturday night but I never imagined that eating poorly once out of 7 days would effect my weight loss so much. I am going to keep doing what I am doing... journal, water, points and going to the gym 5 times a week. I am taking back control of my weekends!

And for my buddies ... you will all giggle to know that when I got home from WW last night the scale once again was GONE! I am weighing myself WAY too much. I am not even going to look for it this time (cause I am sure he hid it much better then he did last time).

Good for him! It always helps me stay on the straight & narrow when I don't let myself check the numbers on the scale. I'm sure that will you will have a rocking loss next week. Remember, you're still averaging 1.5 pounds a week loss and that is right on target. And I absolutely believe that the slower the weight comes off, the easier it will be to maintain that weight loss. You can do this (and it is soooo worth it!)

I should have my husband hide the scale as I am too addicted to it. I weigh everyday, if not twice a day. Probably not the best thing to do.

It might only be .4 now, but I bet over the next coupld of days the loss will increase - not that you would know now the scales have been vanquished! You will be really pleased at your next weight in I'm sure. Your attitude is fantastic, and your graph looks great. Keep up the brilliant work!

Thanks everyone. I am so focused it hurts, LOL! Made some little changes, picked up a Step cardio class. Will see next week if these little changes helped! :)

Don't forget Erin that all that exercise you're doing is building muscle, which weighs heavier than fat. But you will be toning and by doing that, more muscle means faster metabolism. So the scale will catch up eventually... but in the meantime you watch those inches shrink. You just keep doing what you're doing though, as you are doing fantastic! :o)
