Well, 2 milestones for me today. 1.) Spent 4 days at my MIL and still lost some weight, I guess it's all that up and down the stairs because I was not faithful to my diet at all. 2.) I did 10 real honest to goodness push ups. That's right I actually pushed my bulk off the floor with my two arms. I haven't been able to do that since High school. Yes, I am that out of shape. A few years back I had a personal trainer who told me to practice on the steps, I would on and off, but since I started my challenge I've been doing 10-15 stair push ups everyday before I went upstairs (trying to add to my exercise requirement). Today, I tried and was able to do a floor push up. Very exciting. If you read my journal, you know I'm helping my MIL pack up her house. Well, since I didn't have the time to make my own bread, I treated myself to ordering some, so for breakfast this morning I had a cup of coffee and a bagel. Geez, that stuff is expensive, but it was good even bagel-ish! Today life is good.
