This diet rocks. I never feel deprived. I'm rarely hungry and I'm still dropping weight quickly.

Breakfast:
Crustless ham, cheddar and jalapeno quiche
2 cups of coffee with Stevia and cream
2.9 net carbs

Mid-morning snack:
2 pieces of salami
1 piece of ham w/ 1 tbsp. of cream cheese
2.66 net carbs

Lunch:
Chicken Soup w/ celery / onion and herbs
3.94

Crap.
I was happy because the sugar free candy was gone. My boyfriend went out and picked up several different kinds.
Crap.
I'm going to count it as 2 net carbs.

Dinner:
Chicken, cheese and jalapeno soup
6.24

17.74 so far

This diet is pretty cool. I've noticed my appetite has gone done and I'm not constantly thinking about food all the time!! Way to go girl! Sounds like you are on your way!!

oh, where can you buy stevia?? Is it better than splenda?

You can get Stevia in any natural foods store. Look for the non-bitter Stevia - I prefer it to splenda because most artificial sweeteners will kick off migraines for me. It's completely carb free too! Thank you so much for all of the encouragement. :)

Oh and Stevia helps control your blood sugar levels, and henceforth cravings. I love Stevia! FYI, a little goes a long way.

Stevia is really great and it doesn't cause any migraines for me at all.

I actually forget to count it because I only put 2 drops in my coffee and tea. I use stevia all the time.

I got a jar of the powdered Stevia and use about 1/8 of a tsp. It's a huge improvement in taste over the splenda.
