I started off bad today; went on a snacking binge at 12 a.m. Then continued it with to many desserts at Richards Farm Restaurant in Casey, IL. I walked close to a mile while I was there, but even 3 miles would have undone the damage done by those snaked and desserts. :( I need to stop using food as a pacifier!
