don't be so down on yourself. What kind of foods are you eating? Are you eating all of your fruits and veggies? I find that if I use my points for snack foods instead of good for me foods I don't lose weight. Are you writing down all of your BLTs (bites, licks and tastes)?
Also I just noticed that if I eat 1 TLC granola bar it is 2 points, but if I eat 2 it equals 6!!!
