Well, I think I've lost my mind! I am constantly thinking Keto, really I think about it morning, noon and night. I'm either watching a Youtube video, researching recipes, ordering something, it's just nuts. When anyone mentions any kind of food, I start mentally calculating carbs, fiber, etc. - I am officially obsessed. My hubby comes into the kitchen this morning, wrinkles his brow and says "What's that?" - this morning I had spaghetti squash hash browns, cheddar, LS Ham and Egg. He didn't look too enthused. So, I began explaining the nutrition values, he grunted and walked away. For a meet and potato guy, he hasn't had a lot of potatoes lately and has eaten many more veggies then he thought possible. Poor man, he's so tolerant. I think I'll make him a small potato for dinner tonight, but none for me too many carbs. lol :-)

I tend to obsess too - but I figure it's a good way to program in the line of thinking that I want to take and helps buoy my enthusiasm. You're doing great and whether he knows it or not, this way of eating is good for your hubby too.

If he doesn't have a weight problem ....let him eat wat he wants..... Last nite my husband had a backed potato and steak and huge salad he could have that every nite and be happy.... I had a huge salad and small piece of meat..... I eat tons of veggies ...he eats very little green stuff....lOL .... My husbands weight is always the same around 200 and he is 6'4 ...... I know it can be hard to fix something different for the person who doesn't have a weight issue....

Getting obsessed with it is how you get it right, your mind is fine, just realize that it's a learning process, but it's also an evolutionary process. Stick with it and you will find yourself in a different frame of mind as your journey progresses and your body evolves.
