Morning to all! Well, I'm at work early so I can get out and get to the gym today (supposed to rain this afternoon). The weather has been great to get outside lately. The bike won this weekend, it decided I shouldn't be riding. However, like a horse, I got right back on that stupid thing. I think I'm making progress, but feel I have to find a Youtube video to figure out the speeds - I think speeds are my hubby's way of torture. He keeps telling me to change it for hills and such, I don't think I had speeds growing up. I'm back on track with my eating, below my carbs yesterday, sugars still reading good. I know you're not supposed to focus on the scale, but it's so hard not to want to watch those numbers go down. Well, that's it for me. I guess I should start doing the things they pay me to and get off this thing. Have a good day. Opps forgot to press send. LOL
