Well I'm sitting here in my home office, taking a little soup break. Waiting for someone to come and fix the hot water situation here. It's been acting up since Sunday. Finally on Tuesday it gave up completely (during my shower!). Someone was meant to come either last night or this morning and we're rapidly running out of 'this morning' as well now, urgh! Girl wants a shower!!
