Another trick is to brush and floss your teeth right after dinner. If you're like me you aren't going to want to have to do that a second time!

trackin64, Thank you for the suggestion. My husband doesn't eat after he brushes and flosses Tried it and it doesn't work with me.

Try painting your nails, even if you just use clear polish. You can eat with wet finger nails.

I can paint all, but the thumb on my right hand. I smashed it in a shopping cart and nail is coming off. Sorry about being graphic, but thank you for the tip. The only time I don't eat is when my nail polish is drying. LOL
