Didn't do challenge on Sunday my sister was in hospital spent was there past 5 ate 7:30 p.m. Was able to do challenge today; hopefully will not break fast until tomorrow morning at breakfast.

what is the challenge

I'm trying to go for 5 days without eating after 5p.m. I have always had trouble, because I snack late in the evening. Some times getting up in the middle of the night and eating something. It's quite a challenge for me.

Called my sister this morning; not on intervenes. Well need at least a couple of weeks of rehab. She really misses her dog Suzy and Suzy misses her too. Did well with challenge yesterday; stopped eating at 5 today. Taking it one day at a time. Still don't know how you log it in.
