So I have changed my calorie intake from 1800 to 1600 per day & let me tell you this has been SUPER hard for me to do. It really limits those extra snacks I've been used to. I have managed to do it at night I am dying to snack.

Thank you. I think this is actually helping because I have finally gotten under 219. I am .2 pounds away from losing 10% of my goal weight. WOO HOO!
