Still up a few pounds...stress eating.. this will go away. I need to remember to drink alot of water. It's deprssing to log your weight gain instead of weight loss. But no matter...onward and downward! Next week will be better.

Ok, I haven't been around for a bit so what's going on with you BYM? You've been doing so well and were just about to hit your blue line and panicked! Don't sabotage yourself! 4 lbs up isn't a big deal so you need to relax! Whatever you're stressed about isn't going to go away if you eat more, it'll only get worse. Remember how great it feels to eat well and be in control and keep that feeling in your head all day. You can change this around. I'm confident you can do it!

I want to take the time to thank you all for your support and insights...sabotage...I think that may be what I'm doing..not sure but now I'm more aware of what I'm doing to myself. Last night I must confess I had ice cream! My husband brought it home...and as usual I took the bait! I'm not sure if your supposed to answer people back on this journal thing..but I want everyone to know how helpful you have been even if you don't realize it. The comments are a huge help and it's exciting to see a comment or 2. Thanks again, BEM
