Happy birthday to me.... Hoping that by my birthday next year I am down about 40 lbs. tiny piece of bday cake.... No frosting!

Hey - Happy Birthday to you! We are both Capicorns! Awesome. When I weighed in for the Challenge on Saturdday morning, FS said I could make my goal in 4 months at that rate. I had to think - that's ironic - I've been trying to get there for several years now. I have my fingers crossed that 2012 is the year! Make it your year too! And good luck with WW - I tried that system 10 years ago and gained 20 lbs on it. But that's just me. I think it was a false sense of permission to eat whatever so long as it was within the points. Making a cake with diet soda rather than eggs and oil is still cake and isn't a great choice no matter what. But I know WW works for a lot of people. Glad you are my buddy!
