Breakfast casserole with sausage/ celery / g. onion & cheese
2 cups of coffee with splenda and cream
Carb total: 2.55

Lunch:
Spinach and romaine salad with:
ham, mushrooms, feta cheese and olives
5 little smokie sausage things
carb total: 5.91

Chicken breasts in alfredo sauce
zuchinni noodles
green salad
carb total: 8.23

Carb total: 16.69

carb total so far: 8.91

I did take your advice about the weigh in. I did do a weigh in and I've lost 6 lbs.!
