I am struggling big time. Although I haven't had a big gain, I've fallen off the wagon. I'm still eating relatively carefully but I haven't been to the gym in two weeks, haven't been on Fat Secret and I'm just feeling utterly motivation-less.
I picked up YOU: On a Diet and am trying to use it to get my butt in gear. I've never been a fish eater but last night I was supposed to eat salmon so I bought it and cooked it but I just don't like the texture - it kind of freaks me out.
If anyone has some words of wisdom to help get me back on track I'd really appreciate it - feeling a little low right now.
