Well, my holidays are over and I'm back to work - it was hard to get up this morning.
I've decided that I need to use this site fully to get the benefits, find a buddy, check out challenges, look at recipes, etc. Everything I read says you should find someone to experience your weight loss with, while my husband is very supportive and eats whatever I cook (which is usually healthy), he's not ready to participate with exercises and the whole sharing process.
