Eating out is a definite setback for me! The salad at Runza, I'm thinking...not so skinny. I'm even wondering about the fresh fish at Shucks. Setbacks are a hard lesson! And I didn't even mention the three egg white omelet this morning at Perkins -forgot to tell them, "NO SWIMMING IN BUTTER...or should I say the chemical SUBSTITUTE for butter!"
