Not looking forward to the weigh-in at TOPS tonight. My average calorie intake for week was 1557 when it should only be 1400. I need a lot of prayer for me to show a weight loss. I got to get my head into not overeating and not snacking unless it's veggies or fruit. That's hard, because I love my chocolates and ice cream!

I feel your pain ... so many temptations ... I just want December to be over. I am trying to find joy in the season without all my traditional foods. Good luck DMZur.

I want to thank all of you for your support! DJ you were right I was surprised with a 2.2 lb. weight loss. I think I was just retaining water at last weigh in. It might have been a better loss; if I had eaten so much this week. Thank you all again; your a great group of people!
