Not looking forward to the weigh-in at TOPS tonight. My average calorie intake for week was 1557 when it should only be 1400. I need a lot of prayer for me to show a weight loss. I got to get my head into not overeating and not snacking unless it's veggies or fruit. That's hard, because I love my chocolates and ice cream!
