Okay, here's a question. How often should someone weigh themselves, every day? Once a week? I argue with my Mom about this all the time, she says every day. I think that's misleading, I think I should only weigh once a week.

If you weigh daily - you will see lots of ups and downs based on your sodium and water intake. Weekly makes most people see progress.
