Week 2 - Down another 5 pounds.
I'm surprised I managed to get down another 5 pounds because I only exercised once, for 30 minutes, and because I'm on winter break, I was VERY Sedentary.
One day, my mom decided to order pizza and wings for dinner.
It was hard to resist, but I had no pizza and only had 2 chicken wings. I'm proud I was able to resist them and keep my diet up :D
Of course, today, for breakfast, I took just 1 slice of pizza and ate it, as a reward for doing so well.
Holiday foods were generally fine, for christmas we had turkey and pork tenderloins, reasonably healthy :D
On Christmas I also broke my no-eating-after-nine rule and had a GIANT bowl of cheetos.

I posted on my Facebook page that I had lost 10 pounds in two weeks. The status got something like 17 likes, and comments of support from my friends :)
I'm happy that I'm able to stick with my diet, and I'm very motivated to keep losing it :D
