You are astonishing. You have lost more than 100 pounds in a bit over seven months, without still being way over a healthy weight. What you have accomplished is simply amazing. Honestly, every time I see these updated weight loss entries and how damn good you are at losing weight, I wonder how you managed to put it all on in the first place! Congratulations! I hope you'll stick around and continue to be a great example here.

KPWC, I plan on staying on this site. I will keep posting. I have grown to love the site and the people on here. I drank a lot over the years and that is how i put on all the weight. But I quit drinking when I decided to get myself right. ZZK, I dont do much to do it. My food intake consists of avocado's, cottage cheese, boars head turkey or chicken breast, sting cheese, and for snacks I eat cauliflower or raw almonds, sometimes roasted raw almonds. I have cheated a couple of times over the last 7 months. When I first started, i went to the gym a lot but since I attend classes now twice a week, I dont do it as much as I should. I am amazed at the weight loss myself but am very happy with it. There are days when I still feel fat but I hope eventually that will go away.
