Good morning my fs friends. So I got through my spinal procedure , anaesthetic and hospital food. Only another 3 procedures to go.
Home now, but have to fill my new kitchen cupboards
Decorators here for 2 days from Monday, then another 2 days for a new floor and electricians
I'm hobbling , so I'm just gonna keep as active as I can
Gonna have a nice shower, then do a big healthy supermarket online shop for tomorrow, suitable for low carb low cal diet and stick to it strictly from Monday. But I've made reasonably healthy choices while I've been incapacitated and didn't go off the rails🎉🎉
