so, yesterday. the inlaws. fondue. for the people who don't know what fondue is. it is a big bowl of fat in the middle of the table in which you fry your own small pieces of meat. i hope my mother-in-law doesn't read fatsecret. i made a resolution before i went there to eat nothing fried nor anything with mayonaise. well to make a long story short. i went home having eaten onky 900 cals in total including lunch and breakfast. see my foodjournal. at home i ate some better alternatives up to the allowed number 1700. and was full at 1500. does inhaling fat count? today we celebrated xmas with just the 3 of us. and i had my influence on the meal back... with these 3 days where normal people gain weight, i am really curious about the scale tomorrow morning. tomorrow another challenge for me, another party from 10am to night. but i am the host so i controle my food. i am the captain of my faith i am the master of my soul. and in controle of my food-intake hahaha....
