So I am back from an emergency gallbladder removal surgery and extracting 14 big gallstones. No hernia repair operation and no tummy tuck in the near future, need a lot of healing in my stomach.
No more banting - high fat and quick weight loss contributed to these gallstones as per the surgeon. Now on gallstone recovery diet - bland foods with no acid and no gas forming - now to get under 100kg...let's go!
