I've been up and down 500 gr for the last 2 weeks :( got very frustrated and did a 3 days intermittent fast. that put me back on track.... unfortunately we had guest and they brought gifts... a huge cake... and I sinned :( had 3 BIG slices... haven't had so much cake since i started this diet. I would have a little taste ( a bite) from my hubby'S cake and that would do for me... but not Today :(( i had an extra piece now ( since I've been bad anyway) ...feel sad and disappointed and feel like having more cake... it's yummy ... there goes my carbs allowance for a month :( i think i'm out of keto now :(( tomorrow will be hard as we go out and meet friends and eat at their place ... I will try to start it all over on Monday. I will not get on the scales till Wed, hoping by then i will be back to normal...

It's alright, keep calm ad keto on, if possible throw the leftover cake so you won't get tempted again, as long as you go back to eating keto again, you'll be in ketosis in no time
