started my day with a healthy (& actually good) breakfast. I had pineapple chunks with cottage cheese. I am hoping to keep this as a main breakfast item & eat better through out the day.

Does this taste good? My sister always eats this but just looking at the cottage cheese, I don't know if I can stomach it.

hi kira..cottage cheese and pineapple taste really good.you can buy pineapple in a lighter syrup at walmart in the produce section in jars that is really good and lighter on calories.Sounds like you are getting yourself set on the right track .keep up the good job!

Iwantahotbod...yes this is good. When I was younger I couldn't stand the smell of cottage cheese but I tried it & found that I like it. I can't eat it alone so I usually eat it with canned fruit (pineapple, peaches. pears). Buy yourself a small container of it to try. I recommend small curd cuz you really dont have to chew it...
