Ohhh my god. Day 1 of ChaLEAN Extreme. Extreme indeed. It hurts to type. My arms are dying. I felt like I was gonna puke :( I did it though! I finished the workout and didn't give up even though I thought I was gonna puke and die! Go me! Must.... lay... down.... and die....
This has to get easier right?? Fuuuuuhhhhh.....
