one whole week without losing any weight. I did work out more then usual, (so maybe it's muscle, *lol*) but i also did a bit less about the food-thingy.(had french fries yesterday)
in three months there is a big chance that i cannot walk for 3 months, so i really have to get those calories in check before then or i'll be gaining a lot more then i lost sofar!!!
searching inside myselve for a new fresh box of energy or motivation to open...
i decided to go three more days on the 1800 calories, if i still haven't lost anything, i will drop that number to 1750.
