I really need to stop eating at night all together. I do my absolute worst at night. Being a mom of a 2 year old and a 3 month old and having my husband working and going to school is so difficult. By the time night comes I am so tired that all I want to do is eat. I read once that the body compensates for exhaustion by cueing hunger so that it has extra carbs to burn. Not good for a carb addict. Didn't do too bad tonight. I was able to resist the white flour tortillas and choose celery instead. Kinda helps that I already have the guilt of eating half a loaf of pumpkin bread today. Hooray for Just Dance for the XBOX Kinect. It is a sweat inducing workout. That is the only way I ended up with a negative day.
