I am eating 1/2 cup bran buds with 1 % milk plus a piece of fruit e,g, a peach right now or sometimes grapefruit or a few stewed prunes for breakfast. For lunch I am eating lightly cooked greens I like a mix of broccoli and brussell sprouts best Normal dinner with no bread if I can avoid it and more veggies than meat etc. Often fish AND no dessert I am slowly dropping the pounds and keeping them off and this is so easy to follow No night snacks!
