Yes, its true, I had a small potato at breakfast. I believe that if you allow a small amount of carbs in the AM, that you will easily burn that up during the day. I think the big downfall for many of us is the carby snacking in afternoon or in evening. Body has no choice but to turn that to storage. Will see if this "transcretion" will show up on the scales tomorrow. Since I ate so late in the morning, I didn't really have lunch but am looking forward to hot turkey dinner tonight!

Hi Ms. Astoria, hope you're well, it is Glenn from Atkins, I may switch to South Beach also once I get to my goal weight again. I was long-term off the site since spring, but have been back on for about three weeks and am on for good now as I had no working computer, now I have a back-up too. How is your dog you had? My little Toto is fine, she doesn't like the cold as much as she did last winter...
