Back on the horse after some binging this week and last. I got close to three pounds of my goal and I think it freaked me out. I had thoughts of "What then?", self doubt, and fears of whether I deserved it. So...binging and gain. I haven't weighed myself but I know I have. Psyches are funny. Clearly I need to work on my self esteem and get myself to believing that I do deserve to lose and hit goal. Good timing that Diet Doctor just sent out a post on cheating on Lo Carb: Can the guilt, and get back on the horse. Plus it gave helpful tips on how to allay big binges.
