Quick note to self...DO NOT OMIT or OVERLY RESTRICT FOOD GROUPS!!!! I really crashed and burned on Saturday. I adhered to my plan and ate well but was relentlessly hungry, crabby and felt really shitty. I didn't want any particular food or had any cravings, I just felt like crap. Sunday, I had no real appetite, ate whatever I pleased, and not much of it and felt fine all day. Today is pretty much the same. Back to counting calories, moderate carbs and fats and amping up the exercise! Forgive me for only lasting 3 days...Try try again...Have a great week everyone!
