Did my four mile swi... opps, I mean run. It is so humid felt like swimming. LOL Still was a good run. Started my run before the sun came up so it was not sunny at all which made the run cooler (if that were really possible). Georgia summers can be brutal. Ran the Peach Tree Road Race on the 4th. So dang hot and hilly. It was me and almost 50k of my running buddies. It is the largest 10k. Don't know if I would do it again but I am so glad I did do it. Now for a shower and a nap.
