Well my weekly weigh in is tonight when i get off work. After the stressful week i have had, i am not expecting much of a weight loss this week. i hope i have lost at least 3lbs so that i will hit the 50lb mark. my half way point is actually 54lbs but i will be happy with any reduction of weight. i know that i have been working hard to gain muscle in my arms and tighten my torso area so i might have more muscle than flab this week. wont know until i do my measurements after i work out. Anyway enough of my venting...Hope all of you have a great day. its going to be hot as haddis here. heat index is supposed to be between 103 and 107. it wouldnt be so bad but the humidity is enough to kill ya....
