Starting Day 4, and oh, my! The scale was loving me this morning!

Because I did not go to Walgreens and buy the King Sized Payday, or SA to buy Fritos with 2 cans of dip, or Domino's for the pizza, cheesebread and wings, I awoke from my slumber to a 4 pound loss.

I was up in the middle of the night, but made myself go back to bed and I did fall back to sleep for 2 1/2 hours. Hubby declared, "Your butt is definitely disappearing." 😆
108.4 kg 지금까지 감소한: 6.8 kg.    남은양: 47.2 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 100%.

wow great way to go.... if you want to do atkins i sure will be happy to hellp you all the way.. 358 down to 145... now,, it took a good long while.. a lot of learning along the way but ...I AM NEVER HUNGRY... EAT MY BACON AND EGGS.. AND ANYTHING ELSE I WANT THAT IS ON PLAN.. AND I EAT A LOT.......I AM 73 AND SOOOO HAPPY I FINALLY FOUND HOW TO DO THIS..I was fat all my life..... SEND ME A NOTE AND I SURE WILL HELP YOU INANY WAY I CAN

Thank you, nana. I admit I was resisting the low carb way of eating, but the thought of spiking my insulin and storing fat after this experience does not appeal to me. I am not in the place where I want to count macros, but avoiding starch will certainly be easier from here on out.

I know there will be a rebound weight gain from feasting this Saturday, but I also know there is true fat loss.

Woooooohoooo! You are doing an amazing job! I'm so happy for you!!!!! :) Just know that the rebound weight will be more from the actual food in you digestive system than anything else.

Congrats! For me, no sugar and lots of fat while monitoring calories have been key! You are getting healthier everyday!

Lady, there is a downside to losing your butt I have so recently discovered. HARD CHAIRS REALLY SUCK!!!!!!! All my A$$ padding is going away. And my booty hurts from sitting, lol.
