I did quite a bit of stress eating this week. My sister in-law passed away suddenly and I did what I usally do...eat....So much to do.
66.2 kg 지금까지 감소한: 6.4 kg.    남은양: 2.7 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

I am so sorry to hear about your family's loss. Stress eating at this time is totally understandable. It's about comfort. Make some great jello desserts or other things that are SB friendly comfort foods to have on hand because at this time you know you won't have tons of will power and will feel the need to snack. You've made such fantastic progress so try to keep that in the back of your mind. Best wishes to you and your family.
