I’ve been craving ICE CREAM like crazy all week, due to my period being around the corner. I have gotten through the craving by eating McDonald’s 150 calorie ice cream cone& Stop & Shop’s 110 calorie soft churned sugar free ice cream. It takes care of the craving. I increased my water intake to balance out the ice cream, as well as my protein and veggie intake as best I can. It’s all give and take. I’m trying to stay on track as best as possible through the 18th which is my work’s Christmas party so I can indulge on all the good we’ve got planned! Then after that it's the holidays, which is what we are all going to struggle with!! We need to support one another through the end of the year and these tough days ahead!!
