We went to a talk on make your energy efficient. Given by Nick of Yellow Blue Eco Tech. The talk was very interesting of course it was a sales speech. We had a Fillet Mignon on them, before the talk. When I was writing my menu you earlier I forgot that we had gone out for ice afterward. That put me over my RDI.
Did 30 hours in my garden and a little exercise on my pedal cycle, but became exhausted very quickly tonight. I going to try the exerciser again later.
