That's good to know. I always like to know what someone is doing that made it to the goal! I'm doing IF 5:2 and on my normal days doing 18:6 as well. Not totally LCHF but watching carbs and not afraid of fat. We eat ridiculously healthy - home grown organic fresh produce. NO sugar. NO grains. NO sodas. Real food so we've eaten naturally lower carb for years. My issue has been being carb resistant which really means insulin resistant. It runs in my family so I'm determined to get that in check. Once the insulin resistance gets handled (and I've seen really good results thus far) the rest of it will melt off in due time.

I just looked at your weight profile and we started right about the same time and I'm on almost an identical weight loss track. I just have a LOT further to go :-) I have at least 40 lbs. more to go, probably a little more than that.

WOO-HOOOOO!!! YAY YOU!!! I wrote out two plans in my bullet journal - one has me working hard, hitting goal by my 50th bday in March, the other, kinder, gentler (slacker ;-) plan has me losing 10 lbs/3 months and getting there by Xmas. My GUESS is...it'll be somewhere between the two. As you mentioned, no more yo yo, and I'm really in this for the healthy lifestyle change. You look FABULOUS, and I bet you feel pretty damn good about it too!
