Finally went grocery shopping. I've been gone a week since I've had my wisdom teeth pulled. I haven't gone over 158 and I haven't gone below 150. Now that I've gone grocery shopping today, there is absolutely no reason should be eating out so much. Fathers day is going to be a little special so I'm going to try to work out with my boyfriend Monday or Saturday. I'm going to strive to keep it under 2000 calories. It'll be wonderful if I can keep it under 1600. I've been watching supersize vs. superskinny and It's been really hitting home because living with my morbidly obese dad and older brother I worry about them. Then on top of that after being gone a week they hadn't gone grocery shopping at all or vacuumed or cleaned the bathroom and so on..... On top of that I quit my job and have failed to find a new one. Trying to plan to move out with a decreasing bank account without dipping into savings is difficult on top of school stress, losing weight stress, and home stress is just blehhhhhh. On top of that, the AC is out and it's going into the 90's. Hard to sleep at night when it's hot.
I just want to scream at this point with all the irritation

Let it all out and let it go....this too shall pass. Most of us have been in a similar situation at some point or other, we trudge on and we come out the other end stronger!
