Good morning!
Had a great workout this morning...did an iTRAIN elliptical workout for 45 mins. The resistance is based on RPE (rating of perceived exertion) rather than the resistance number on the elliptical. Generally I've put my RPE at the same number as the resistance level on the machine but today I cranked it up 2 resistance levels past that...felt great! I've been a bit of a slow starter this week but so far I've gotten in 3 cardio workouts and 1 weight workout.

This weekend (specifically tonight) is kind of up in the air because of (as always) my boyfriend's work. He asked me to come up tonight but then the next day told me he has a vendor visiting from China who he probably has to take out tonight so he's not sure what time he'll be done. I wouldn't mind playing it by ear so much if he wasn't an almost 2 hour drive away! Other than that, can't complain. Things have been really good between us and I'm feeling pretty damn happy these days.

A couple weeks ago he sat me down and said he's really proud of me for the weight I've lost and how hard I've been working at it and that he realized he hadn't been doing anything to help my self-esteem. Since then he's been nothing but complimentary and supportive - it's been awesome.

What a nice entry!!! Great job at cranking up the steam in your workout!! I've never heard of an iTRAIN elliptical. It sounds awesome! I've slowly adjusted up my resistance on my elliptical. I do an interval workout ... 2 minutes harder, 2 minutes easier for 50 minutes usually on workdays and an hour or a little more on the weekends. It is good you are feeling good!!! Keep it up!!! And if and when the "funk" arrives ... it does pass, thank goodness!!

iTRAIN makes iPod workouts for running (outdoor & treadmill), yoga, pilates, elliptical, etc. Their site is iTRAIN.com...check it out.

I think its time for a move - INTO your boyfriends place - he seems like a great catch!!! And as for your work outs - I think you need to do more - FOR ME!!! Your doing so great - I'm so proud of you buddy!!! Keep it up!
