Thnx Christine, great post... too true!! Several folks here have motivated me through my long plateaus (I've had three so far)...I watched as they just stayed the course and got through their own long plateaus eventually... great examples to me of determination and dedication without seeing scale or non-scale motivation or "reward". BTW, you are doing great!!

Many thanks Steven! It's weird how our minds mess with us when we're doing the right thing. I think our brains are in cahoots with our tummies trying to get us to eat like tasty crap again. Lol sabotage
