Trying to get it! ;) Will be incorporating exercise VERY soon- I'm glad I waited to start... somewhat glad and I am really eager to start the program I can come-up with to NOT be saggy while losing weight and after my weight loss. I am not now even though I'm 100 down from my highest weight ever. I see why (now) it was a good thing to stay in the induction phase strong for at least 3 days up to 14 days and then do "maintenance" or "carb conscious" eating for 1-4 days. Doing that over and over has really given me the strength I need to move forward. I keep telling myself, "This time we are are gonna stick to 20 grams of carbs until it's over!" ... but I never do and I honestly think I'm better for it. Perseverance is the key; whenever I fall down, it is unacceptable for me NOT to get back up.
I have changed my goal weight from 245-230 to 200... 199 is good- hey, maybe I'll just decide to hover close to 200 but never over. ;)
