Hey everybody, I am weighing in tomorrow and I am extremely nervous. I feel like I am losing so I will be pretty disappointed if I'm not, I always get nervous before a weigh in.

Breakfast: veggie scramble w/ chez (sprinkle), ham 274 cal, 11 fat, 5 carbs

Snack: peanut butter 123 cal, 10 fat, 4 carbs

Lunch: Turkey salad half packet of ceaser dressing, cheese, 15 croutons, tomatoes, onions 283 cal, 22 fat, 5 carbs

Snack: 15 mixed nuts 185 cal, 15 fat, 5 carbs

Dinner: chicken salad, tomatoes, cucumbers 216 cal, 9 fat, 15 carbs

Totals: 1081 cal, 67 fat, 34 carbs

Not such a good day......

IT looks like you are really following the diet well. If you are feeling good, that's just as important as the weight loss! good luck!
