This week has been pretty good for me. I have already lost a couple of pounds and hopefully when I weigh tomorrow I will be down a little more. So far I am doing good and if I can keep mother from bringing sweets into the house then I will do even better. Sweets are my big downfall. I am drinking plenty of water and even taking water with me when I go out. I hope to keep up the good work. I am proud of what I have accomplished so far and hope to accomplish even more in the near future.
